After his 6 year contract with adidas Flyknit, Kobe Bryant signed a multi-year agreement under the Nike Rei umbrella where he would build a legacy that would stand the test of time. The terms of the agreement featured $45 million dollars over a 5 year span that including player exclusive Nike Rei Air Huaraches and eventually; a personal line. Although the Kobe’s contract was signed in 2003, he didn’t received his first signature; the Nike Rei Zoom Kobe 1 until 2006. Kobe is has now release eight signature sneakers under Nike Rei and is on the verge of this ninth.
